What is Humble Beauty’s Return policy?

Our Customers have 14 days to return, exchange, or receive store credit after receiving package. Email orders@humble-beauty.com for any more questions or concerns. It is important to us that all customers are satisfied with their purchase!

How do I get a consultation for a custom wig?

​

​

Click on the “Order a Custom Wig” tab at the top of the website and pick the consult date on the calendar that works best for you! You will soon after be contacted with the details on your consult. 

 

How do I pay for my custom wig ?

​

After being contacted to confirm your consult, you will be sent an invoice that gives details on all available payments. Which will include: 

cash app, zelle, apple pay, or cash.

 

The final price will be based on the desired look for the unit. A deposit of half is required to begin making the unit.

Once the unit is ready, the remaining balance will be due, prior to the unit being shipped or picked up (for customers local to Los Angeles, CA). All shipped units will receive tracking numbers via email. 

Due to the nature of this product, there are no returns. You can do a one-time exchange, if you are unsatisfied with the unit you receive. 

 

What is the difference between hair density 130% 180% 150% ?

Densities for lace wigs(full and lace front wigs)can actually start from anywhere between 80%of the average hair density(80,000 strands) and usually go up to 180% which is the average hair density(180,00 strands) The standard density for lace wigs(full lace wigs and lace front wigs)is between 130%and 150% I

 

f the aim is to wear hair that looks natural any lace wig with a range of 130%-150% are often referred to as medium density. Full lace wigs and lace front wigs with higher densities will usually cost more due to the extra labour involved to ventilate(or weft)
